Cancellation Policy

Late cancellations/reschedules & no-shows prohibit other clients and patients from being able to receive the care they need. They are also the leading cause of the shutdown of therapeutic businesses. As we intend to provide the ultimate wellness experience for ALL of our clients and patients for the foreseeable future, we strongly discourage changing your scheduled appointment time with less than 24 hours notice. Our late cancellation/reschedule & no-show policy provides for the following fee schedule based upon how much notice is given::: >24 hours notice: no charge <24 --> 3 hours notice: $35 charge <3 hours notice or no-show: the full fee is charged to the card on file or due before another appointment can be made.
