Service Description
Total Body Balance is a restorative service designed to help you slow down, disconnect, and soften accumulated tension. When the heavy demands of daily life leave you feeling physically and mentally overwhelmed, this pathway provides a grounding and intentional experience built to release the physical weight of stress. We focus on quieting the system and providing full-body reset support, giving you the dedicated space you need to breathe and decompress. Unlike targeted medical treatment or intense athletic recovery, Total Body Balance relies on a relaxation-forward, restorative approach. We utilize a slower, calmer pacing and a broader, full-body focus. The goal is not to force change or "fix" a specific issue, but to ease generalized tension, smooth out full-body stiffness, and provide a grounding physical experience that quiets the mind. Jasper Koenig, LMT/MMT, structures each session using modalities selected to foster balance and ease. Your session may incorporate long, flowing strokes of Swedish massage, slower-paced circulatory massage, or light touch therapy to encourage profound relaxation. To enhance the calming intent, adjunctive support such as penetrating hot stones, gentle aromatherapy, and custom oil blends may be utilized to ease the feeling of stiffness and support the unwinding process. **Choosing Your Session Length** True decompression cannot be rushed, and the length of your session allows you to dictate the depth of your relaxation. * **60 Minutes ($150):** An excellent introduction to grounding work or a deliberate, focused pause in a busy week to ease immediate stress. * **90 Minutes ($200):** Provides the expanded time necessary to fully quiet the mind and allow the body to sink into a much deeper state of relaxation. * **120 Minutes ($250):** Our most restorative option, offering an unhurried, continuous session for maximum decompression and full-body reset support.
Cancellation Policy
Late cancellations/reschedules & no-shows prohibit other clients and patients from being able to receive the care they need. They are also the leading cause of the shutdown of therapeutic businesses. As we intend to provide the ultimate wellness experience for ALL of our clients and patients for the foreseeable future, we strongly discourage changing your scheduled appointment time with less than 24 hours notice. Our late cancellation/reschedule & no-show policy provides for the following fee schedule based upon how much notice is given::: >24 hours notice: no charge <24 --> 3 hours notice: $35 charge <3 hours notice or no-show: the full fee is charged to the card on file or due before another appointment can be made.
